FIRO — short for Fire & Roots — is an intimate 54-seater tucked into the leafy streets of R.A. Puram. Here, the familiar is reimagined without apology: ancestral recipes pulled apart, played with, and rebuilt through a contemporary lens.

Founded by restaurateur Ashish Thadani and helmed by celebrated Chef Ajit Bangera — formerly of ITC Grand Chola and the lauded Avartana — FIRO brings four decades of culinary craft to a deliberately small, deliberately personal room.
